I have worked as a CEO and Supervising Colourist for nineteen years, working on many high-profile drama and feature film projects such as Rivals, Day of the Jackal, We Live in Time, The Girlfriend, Fleabag, Top Boy, Gangs of London, Department Q and many more.
I am also involved in a creative software business ColorGradr, a tool used by Broadcasters and Colourists around the world to automatically balance video footage.
I'm also a frequent mentor for the Help to Grow government backed programme where I mentor leaders in small creative businesses on how to take their company or teams from a flat structure to a full, highly productive, organised and profitable business.
I'm am also writing a book on successful personal & work time management and developing an online course with a major US platform for leaders of creative businesses.
